Shop Tea from the Tarui Tea Farm

Intro

The Tarui Tea Farm is a family-operated tea farm, factory, and shop established in 1970 in the small town of Nearai on the outskirts of Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka. Headed by myself, Takayuki Tarui, I grow multiple rare cultivars on separate fields on the flatlands of Nearai and in the mountains nearby. We have been growing organically since my father started the farm, and I was able to certify my farm and factory as organic in 2003. I seek to provide clean tea, deep-steamed, for those who love green tea.
